Greek was a country that practiced polytheism. The ancient people mostly believed in the religious beliefs on mythology. Greeks believed that the gods are there to answer their prayers and questions. There were many epics such as homer and other gods. The two famous epics were Homer's Iliad and Odyssey. In Aesop's Fable there are a lot of lessons within the story. For example, turtle and the hare which is known as the most lesson-learned in the fable. Many traditions were told in the mythology stories. Greeks had a lot of mythology stories that were told. The Greek religion died long time ago, but you can still read or hear of the mythology stories which are truly fun and interesting. We still read it today and if the story is good they will always hold people's interest.
